Tristan writes on her MySpace blog that she was nominated for 3 San Diego Music Awards.

• Artist of the year
• Song of the year for ‘Hello’
• Album of the year for ‘Hello..x’

Unfortunately the only nomination you can vote for was Artist of the Year and the time has passed to do this (August 30th). I guess we will just have to wait to see if she wins! The 18th Annual San Diego Music Awards is on Wednesday, September 17th. I’m not sure if this is on TV, maybe local? Not sure, if anyone has any information let us know!

I ran across this article about a beach clean up that Tristan will be helping it.

Ocean Beach cleanup: Every few weeks, ChronicleWatch is contacted about San Francisco’s Ocean Beach. Tristan performed on Good Day Austin and she was also interviewed about helping out with the Barefootwine project and her efforts in helping in Austin.

Not only that but you can also listen to Tristan perform a few songs acoustically on KUT-FM. You will also be able to listen to an interview about her beach rescue help, her album and her upcoming tour.
